The Centre for Biomedical Ethics and Law of the KU Leuven is pleased to announce the 14^th edition of theIntensive Course on Nursing Ethics, which will take place in Leuven, Belgium, from 1-4 December 2026.

The course aimsto promote discussions on foundational, methodological, and educational approaches in nursing ethics. National and international experts will lead presentations on a range of ethical topics within the field, followed by opportunities for in-depth discussions. The language of instruction will be English.

The course is relevant to professionals from diverse fields, including nursing, medicine, psychology, philosophy and theology, social work, health care administration, and is open to health care workers, people from universities and university colleges, members of ethics committees or ethics consultation services. It is also suitable for PhD students pursuing research in these areas.

Additionally, in celebration of the 14^th edition, the Centre for Biomedical Ethics and Law of the KU Leuven have expanded the list of countries eligible for areduced registration fee to include several middle-income countries, such as Argentina, Brazil, China, South Africa an Turkey, among others.
