Intensive Course on Nursing Ethics

The Centre for Biomedical Ethics and Law of the KU Leuven is pleased to announce the 13th edition of the Intensive Course on Nursing Ethics, which will take place in Leuven, Belgium, from 2-5 December 2025.

The course aims to promote discussions on foundational, methodological, and educational approaches in nursing ethics. National and international experts will lead presentations on a range of ethical topics within the field, followed by opportunities for in-depth discussions. The language of instruction will be English.

The course is relevant to professionals from diverse fields, including nursing, medicine, psychology, philosophy and theology, social work, health care administration, and is open to health care workers, people from universities and university colleges, members of ethics committees or ethics consultation services. It is also suitable for PhD students pursuing research in these areas.
